Our Partnership Process

Consultation

Every project starts with an in-person consultation as we believe that experiencing a space can help us better understand your vision. Our team will listen carefully to your building needs, storage capacity requirements, accessibility, and special requests for each space. Measurements are taken on the first visit, which are then verified by another team member on a second visit to ensure everything is taken into consideration. As we take measurements, our team will look for possible layout adjustments depending on wall angles, access to utilities and plumbing, and any issues that we foresee with functionality in the space. We want to be with you from the start to help make the building process and contract needs as smooth as possible.

During the design phase, we believe the right choice of wood, paint and ornamentation makes the difference between ordinary kitchen cabinets and an extraordinary layout. Each of our products is manufactured locally to cut down costs, support local, and ensure we can uphold our production deadlines without delay.

Contract

Once we have toured the new build and mapped out the specifications for each of the rooms and project needs, our designers will work with you to create a 3D rendering of the space. All final drawings are presented to you with the intended materials and pricing for final approval and contracting signing before we head into production. The average kitchen takes between 6 – 14 weeks, and we are committed to keeping you in the loop at every step. For specialty designs and customized features, we will check in with you about any production delays.

Installation

We will connect with you 1 – 2 weeks before to set a tentative installation date before the cabinets are ready to go. Our built-in cabinets are assembled by our talented Installation Technicians before countertop installation and flooring. During the installation period, our team will be present on site, having access to an assembly station. Depending on the size of the project, installation can take anywhere from two days to two weeks.
