1. DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
No, at this time we do not have financing available. 

2. HOW DO I MEASURE MY SPACE?
We do things a little different. In most circumstances, we will send out our Designers to do an in-home consultation and measure out your space for you! We try to do at least (2) measures (Initial & Final) before putting our jobs into production. 

2. WHAT IS RODINA’S WARRANTY?
See our warranty page for full details. Rodina Cabinets LTD offers a 2-year limited warranty on any defects in our products. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.

3. WHAT TYPE OF HINGES AND GUIDES DO YOU USE?
Our standard drawers guides and hinges are all soft-closing, full-extension where applicable.

4. WHATS YOUR SQ.FT. COST FOR CABINETRY?
Due to ever changing material, labour, design and hardware costs we are unable to provide a linear or sq.ft. cost. We use our state-of-the-art software to help breakdown an accurate and detailed quote after our initial consultation.

5. DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO COME TO YOUR SHOWROOM?
No! Our showroom is open anytime Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 4:30pm. We are closed Saturday, Sundays and Statuary holidays. 

6. HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
The design team will provide you with your custom kitchen designs in approximately 10-15 business days. Once your final design is signed off and approved and deposit paid for in full, your project will enter our Production Queue. From the day of sign off’s and deposit, it is usually 8-12 weeks for completion and installation of cabinetry depending on the selections and availability of supplies.

6. HOW LONG UNTIL MY COUNTERTOPS ARE INSTALLED?
Depending on the material you have chosen for your countertops, it usually ranges between 2-3 weeks after the countertop template before installation.

7. DO YOU OFFER QUARTZ, LAMINATE, GRANITE?
Yes, because of our wonderful partners and suppliers, we are able to help provide you with all types of countertops.

8. WHAT IS YOU PAYMENT PROCESS?
We use a 50, 40, 10 payment process.
50%for an initial deposit at the time of sign-offs. 40%before thedelivery of cabinets and 10%held back until the final return trip for installation. This payment program is for residential cabinetry that is supplied, delivered and installed by Rodina Cabinets.

For “Supply Only”, the payment process is 50% deposit and 50% at the time of pick-up.
